RCGUYS.CO.UK TASKS

The products from the following catagories need to be copied from hobbyking to RCGuys.co.uk and from there to Bonanza and Ebid. Barcodes should also be assigned to ALL OUR RC PRODUCTS and added to the amazon catalog. This consists of almost 1000 listings that need to be live on all the sites by the 20/03/2015 to allow enough time to make sales intime for pay day.

·         Render Burn and print all products to ensure at least 2 floating copies are in stock

·         Release at least 30 mew Titles a month in 3 separate formats.

·         Promote the site with press releases

·         Promote the affiliate Program

·         Film documentary with Jen and her model friends.

·         Create educational Programing. For both the site and youtube.

Ebay

·         Make sure messages are checked 3 times a day

·         Ensure all products have no less than 3 images.

·         Increase Chinese and RC lines

·         Find a more reliable system of organisation for INK (12,000 lines 1 cabin)

·         Continue to list all products

Youtube.

·         Our youtube is sponsored, so when people watch we get paid! So lets monetise that and get guys paid.

·         Produce Video Diaries with the DJs for the youtube channel

·         Produce The Bad public domain videos shows, where 2 members of staff are filmed watching a movie and talking over it.

·         Produce review show where we review 3 or 4 Public domain movies per episode (once a week if possible, this can be scripted if Laura’s happy to write a script, if not then the people presenting can pick what they review and actually watch it them selves)

·         Produce a world news show once a month As actual press this will add weight when going to convensions.

CKDSRadio.eu

·         Add memes to the gallery, it might seem silly but it increases our page rank the more google see us. And we can grab a memer and turn them into a listener.

·         DJs write blogs, your quazi famous, so even a paragraph a week to help build your fan base and keep them coming back, this is good for Google and increases repeat listeners.

·         Podcasts. Premium podcasts for our itunes listeners.

·         Sell our in between show ads, ANYONE WHO SELLS OUR INBETWEEN ADS WILL GET A 25% CUT. An affiliate program will be installed on the site this week so people can get tracking code.

·         Live shows at least 3 a week, and we need to find someone to fill Mondays slot.

·         Set up affiliate program on CKDS Radio

·         Put all advertising programs on CKDS Radio Shop

·         Promote both the show and the live 365 affiliate program

·         Get Virginias show rolling again

·         Try to secure more celebs

General Admin

·         Get All POP documents on the PCGuys database

·         Scan and organise all 2012 – 2013 accounts

·         Produce financial reports sales and costs weekly where possible

·         Find reasonable drop shipper for PCGuys_cz ebay to make sales of independent items without risking feedback on our major ebay or amazon.

·         Perform monthly stock takes.

Stock Footage

·         Film and create stock footage

·         Upload stock footage on envato

·         Upload stock footage on various other higher profile sites.

·         Build our own stock footage library For our own productions.

Educational Programing.

·         Beginners Czech

·         Key stage 1 maths

·         Key stage 1 english

Again some of this stuff falls on Laura (even beginners Czech) as it needs a defined lesson plan, introductions and scripts.  But if other staff members have transferable skills they would like to do educational programming for let me know.
