The weekly Bonus is now £17.50, you must complete the following tasks to earn the bonus.

20 Website listings (pcguys.org.uk/rcguys.co.uk/ cz.pcguys.eu)
5 Ink cartridge listings completed on PCGuys.org.uk including compatible printers and images.
Hand in your weekly worksheet every saturday to be eligible for the bonus.

Fast Shipping Bonus.
Any month where ebay shows our late shipping below 4% the whole staff team (excluding jim, unless he starts coming into work midweek) will receive a £20 additional in there pay.

Any month where our amazon seller standard is good or above all shipping team members will receive a £10 bonus in there wages.
Render Bonus
Straight up any film rendered into all 4 formats ready for resale £10 bonus (no more than 2 a week per employee, we need time to release them), or you can take this in exchange for £20 of stock. Your choice. If you produce more than 2 a week, the excess will always be in stock.
Sales Bonus
We have now added a sales bonus system for the entire senior staff team if a specific platform makes a set value of sales a month.

Pension
2% of your weekly salery (contributed by us) will be paid into a pension program. As of December 2015. if you are earning more that 6000 a year at PCGuys you will need to match this (a total of 4% will be paid into your pension 2% by us and 2% by you).
