1.0 Photo Policy.

If you have access to Discs web drives, network storage or any other form of CKDS content, you may only share images pertaining to yourself. If you are running promotions for us. You must have the authorisation of the DJs before sharing them. If you have access to the RAW shoots folder do not share anything from it. DJs will select there favourites which will be added to an authorised folder and then the RAW folder will be archived to Disc and deleted from network Storage.
